Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by SinghAudit Pvt Ltd (“Singh Audit”, “we”, “us”), with its head office at No. 8/5, 2nd Main Road, Attiguppe, Vijayanagar, Bengaluru 560040. For any privacy question or request, write tobusiness@singhaudit.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us when you send an enquiry through the contact form or the chat assistant:

• your name and phone number;
• optionally, your email address and city;
• the service you are interested in and any message you write;
• the page you sent the enquiry from and a reference number we generate.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Documents you select in the ITR, GST and TDS calculators are processed in your browser. Their contents and the extracted figures are not uploaded to Singh Audit or an AI provider. If you separately send an enquiry, only the details you enter in that enquiry are sent to our team.

3. Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask for and keep records we are required to keep by law. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Who processes it on our behalf

• Email delivery — your enquiry is forwarded to our inbox by an email-delivery service (FormSubmit, or Resend when configured).
• WhatsApp alert — a copy of your enquiry may be sent to our business WhatsApp number through the CallMeBot service.
• Hosting and security — our hosting provider serves the website and may use a bot-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) before an enquiry is accepted.
• Google — the contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and the home page shows reviews from Google. Google may process your data when you view these under its own privacy policy.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or by email yourself, those services’ own terms apply to that conversation.

5. Data stored in your browser

The chat assistant keeps your current conversation in your browser’s session storage so it continues as you move between pages; it is deleted when you close the tab. To prevent spam, the site stores the times of your recent enquiries in your browser’s local storage. Neither is sent to us, and you can clear both from your browser settings at any time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

7. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS, uses a strict Content Security Policy and other security headers, validates every enquiry, and limits how many enquiries can be sent. Access to enquiries is limited to our team.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct, complete or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Email business@singhaudit.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
